Anovision, a long-term vision for a successful future..!

The event commenced with Suganya singing a melodious prayer song — “Vinayaka Vriksham”. The lyrics enabled us to reflect upon the goals we had set for ourselves as individuals and collectively as a team.

The song went on to enrich our perspective with positive vibes and was indeed an ideal start.

Post the musical treat for our ears, our minds were in for a treat as well. Shekar narrated many inspirational and thought-provoking short stories that enriched and refreshed our minds to think big and better.

That one hour was truly encouraging and a foundation to realize to grow from “where we were to where we aspired to be. And it is our actions that are either the entry or the barrier to whatever we aspire to be”

Next up was an activity to kindle our brains — ‘Who’s Who and What’s What’ hosted by Pravin and Daksh. This team event urged us to recognize companies, famous personalities, brands but more importantly made us to use three important qualities we all need to succeed — strategizing, team spirit and competitiveness. Team Shekar and Suganya emerged winners, but we all had our intellectual sides tickled.

The event took a surprising turn of events, when Shekar gave us a sneak peek into his brilliant idea of authoring a book on guiding start-up’s in this VUCA world, along with us ANOVites!

The final event was a show stopper — The Quiz, hosted by Shekar. Our energetic quizmaster twisted things every round, not letting any team settle or win easy.

After 4 rounds of tricky questions and thorough entertainment we got our winners — Team Daksh and Kadir.

We ended this eventful day by exchanging mementos and prizes and most importantly creating memories and a forward vision to excel at what we do.

We are grateful to our comperes — Suganya and Preethi, for effortlessly taking us through the entire event with a smile.

“Your beliefs become your thoughts,
Your thoughts become your words,
Your words become your actions,
Your actions become your habits,
Your habits become your values,
Your values become your destiny.” — Mahatma Gandhi

Anovision Day ended but created a beginning in all our minds — “to put our vision into actions”
